How to Make a Booking

When you are ready to make a booking, simply call or email us directly with your request. Once your consultation has been booked for a day and a time that suits you, an invoice for payment will be issued to you (usually via email), and you will be given the address to attend if you are attending our clinic.

If you are having an online session, a link to the online Zoom platform will be sent to you (See our Online Consultations via Zoom section for more information). It’s as easy as that!

Appointments

  • The initial consultation takes approximately 45 minutes depending on each individual.

  • All subsequent consultations run for 50-60 minutes. Longer sessions are available by request.

  • We respect your time, and therefore to ensure fairness to all clients, our appointments run on time. To get the most out of your session, please ensure you arrive on time (and 10 minutes early for the first appointment to complete an intake sheet. If you are having an online session, this will be emailed to you in advance). Thank you!

  • All sessions and client records remain strictly confidential.

Online Services

  • We use Zoom for our online sessions. Zoom is free to use and online sessions are just as effective as face to face sessions, with some added advantages.

Business Hours

We operate during weekdays at the following times:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00am to 6:00pm (last appointment is at 5:00pm)

  • Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (last appointment is at 4:00pm)

  • Saturday: by special arrangement

  • All sessions are by appointment only.

  • After hours appointments are available online only.

Pricing & Payment Information

Initial Consultation – Complimentary

The initial consultation goes for 45 minutes and is complimentary. This session is designed for me to understand your presenting issue/s and goals, and if hypnotherapy is right for you.

At the end of this session, if we both decide to proceed with therapy, I will give you an overview of how many sessions you will need to provide the transformation you seek.

Subsequent Consultations – Casual Cost

Each consultation goes for 50-60 minutes and costs $180.00.

These fees apply to both face to face and online consultations. Longer sessions are available upon request with the cost calculated accordingly.

Subsequent Consultations – Program Packages

3 Session Package

A program package confirms your commitment to the process of change. I am serious about helping people and therefore need you to be serious about investing in yourself.

How will I know which package I need?

This will be discussed during the complimentary initial consult. As an example, however, someone seeking support for motion sickness would likely be most suited to a 3 session program, whereas someone seeking support for weight loss and depression would most likely be suited to a longer program.

Subsequent Consultations upon completion of a Program

Consultations

Additional sessions priced at $150.00 per session or program packages (fees are as above) can be purchased at any time for those who have already completed a program with Harmony through Hypnotherapy.

Coaching Only

Each coaching session goes for either 30 minutes and costs $75.00 or for 60 minutes and costs $150.00.

These fees apply to both face to face and online coaching sessions.

Payment Process

Casual Bookings

The fees for each consultation are required to be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to each session to secure your appointment time. Payment can be made by direct debit, credit card or Eftpos.

Packages

  • 3 session package – The fees for this package are required to be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your first session to secure your program. Payment can be made by direct debit, credit card or Eftpos.

  • 6, 9 or 12 session package – The fees for this package can be paid in full prior to commencement, or in a structured payment plan (details will be given at the time of booking).

  • If you are paying in full, payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your first session to secure your program.

  • If you are paying on a structure payment plan, a portion is required to be paid at least 24 hours prior to your first session to secure your program and at regular intervals thereafter (details will be given at the time of the booking).

  • Payment can be made by direct debit, credit card or Eftpos.

Cancellations

Harmony through Hypnotherapy requires advance notice of a minimum of one full business day if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this does not occur, or you do not show up, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee which applies.

We also reserve the right to reschedule consultations in the event of unavoidable circumstances arising (eg illness), in which case as much notice as possible will be given. In this event, you will be offered another suitable appointment time. If payment has already been made, it will be transferred to the next appointment.

Medicare and Private Health Rebates

Medicare does not cover Hypnotherapy at this stage. Check with your Private Health fund provider to see if you are entitled to any rebates as this varies amongst providers and level of coverage.

Please note that Mental Health plans from your GP do not currently apply to Hypnotherapy.

Harmony through Hypnotherapy is a registered Professional Member of the Australian Hypnotherapy Association.

Disclaimer

There are no refunds given for consultations conducted. Success rates for hypnotherapy are high, but like with anything, there are no guarantees. No other medical professional gives you a guarantee after all!

However, because at Harmony through Hypnotherapy we tailor programs to best suit each individual’s needs, we are optimising the chances of success.
